Joining takes 2 steps
1.Join the test group
Join the group with your Google account. Play recognises testers through this group — skip it and step 2 will not work.

On the page that opens, tap “Become a tester”, then install the app from the download link on that same page.

Use the same Google account
Do both steps with the account that is signed into the Play Store on your phone. With a different account, step 2 says the test is not available.
Play may not recognise you the second you join the group — wait a few minutes and try again.
What to know
- Completely free. No ads, no in-app purchases.
- No prizes — the motivation is competition and your friend group.
- Please do not leave the test: you need to stay on the list until release. Uninstalling is fine; tapping “leave the test” is not.
- It is a beta, so expect rough edges — finding them is the point.
